Left tackle at the top blocks low at the snap. Late action on the quarterback. Two offsetting fouls thrown but what do you have? Both, One or None? Let us know!

The block below the waist was immediate, therefore I have no foul for BBW. I don’t believe the actions by the defensive player on the QB raise to the level of a personal foul. I don’t have either foul on this play.
I agree on the first block and the second part with the hit on the QB, tight and hard to see the full context but I am good if the R felt it rose to that level if the heat of the game dictated it and it is a safety foul. I am with you though personally, would like this to be a bit bigger!
Taking this play out of the context of the game, I agree with Gary’s comment above. However, if there have been multiple warnings for late hits, I can see how we got to a foul. The BBW just isnt there IMO.
BBW by 79 appears legal. 79 and DL in the zone, on the line, at the snap and 79’s initial movement at the snap was forward and not delayed.
PF by the defense against the QB? IMHO, it is not a foul. No targeting, no launching and it was immediately at the time the QB released the ball as part of the defender’s natural momentum and continuing action. Defender released and did not drive QB into the ground.
