Congratulations on completing MIBT.org’s IHSA Certified Clinic. We will send your name and IHSA number to the IHSA within two weeks.  We will pull your IHSA number from the IHSA website if we do not have it in our records.  If you do not see clinic credit after two weeks, please reach out to me so I can contact the IHSA on your behalf at tim@mibt.org.

NOTE:  IF YOU HAVE NOT PREVIOUSLY PAID FOR THE CLINIC, PLEASE GO TO THE “SHOP” PAGE AND PURCHASE AS YOU WILL NOT GET CLINIC CREDIT UNLESS YOU HAVE PAID!
