Contact with the Receiving Team player right as the ball arrives but the contact is by his teammate. The teammate looks to possibly blocking kicking team player in the back. What do you think about this play and the crew mechanics?

I’ve got nothing on this as the gunner and defender are engaged throughout the play and the teammate is the one with his arm out on the defender trying to create a block and he makes contact with his own man.
Agree that the contact on the receiver is caused by his teammate but not sure I would that both the players were engaged though out. I see separation up until the moment there is a suspect block in the back.
Had the runner not been downed immediately, I would have a suspect IBB on #13. As is stands, I wouldn’t have had a flag on this play.
