Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event the Customer would like to cancel their subscription they must inform MIBT of their intention to cancel their subscription at least seven (7) days before the next scheduled payment in their billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following year.  Please notify us through the “contact” page on MIBT.org with “Cancellation Request” in the subject line. We will cancel the account automatic payment and customer access will then terminate at the end of that billing period.   A $5.00 processing fee will be charged on all subscription refunds processed after renewal date.
